My North Star is to help lead a musical movement that is ultimately worthy of the Nobel Peace Prize. I’m ready to work on the cultural paradigm instead of focusing on the individual singer or singing initiative. I now hope for my perspective and self-confidence to be stretched so that I can take on even more responsibility. Our singers’ community, core team, legal structure, and business model are now stable enough to invest efforts in scaling our social and financial impact.

I look forward to connecting with socially engaged trailblazers in whom I can recognize myself. I’d love for playful harmony to bubble up as we explore each other’s practices. Together, we’d experience connection and enhance our effectiveness.

Finally, I want to collectively celebrate how far we’ve come and gather the courage to make an even greater impact. With others I want to dream out loud and work toward more stability so that we can help scale each other’s initiatives and co-create the world we dream of.

Singing connects! That’s why Allez, Chantez! created +500 inclusive and accessible singing events, where local community members can participate carefree and experience an immersive sense of connection. Our singing sessions breathe hope and inspire people to contribute to strengthening the social fabric in their own communities.

We aim to bring one million people together to sing in local groups. During our events, we tackle loneliness, polarization, lack of free time and carefreeness, and the need for a safe space for expression.

The combination of all our methodologies creates a prototype of the world we dream of—one in which everyone feels safe and welcome:

During our inclusive singing moments, people experience connection and carefree expression. They also firsthand discover that each of us can make a difference for someone else. As a social entrepreneur I embed solidarity into the habits of our community. That’s how we empower everyone to take care of the group. In this way, we nuance the overblown glorification of the individual with a collective embrace of the community.

Our strategic pillars are building credibility for our movement and are influencing policy makers. They are based upon our DISCO-values: Diversity, Inclusivity, Solidarity, Community, and Openheartedness.

We involve our community of thousands of singing enthusiasts in important operational decisions. Our community is also the driving force for fundraising, promotion, and practical problem solving. We enable community contribution by creating a new narrative that breathes hope and possibility.
